British Citizenship - unreturned documents by HO

Hello!
When I applied for British Citizenship I sent to the Home Office approximately 1,5 kg of my supporting paperwork evidence. My British Ceremony took place two months ago and I still have not received my documents back even though I have sent them a letter to ask them to return the paperwork.
What can I do in order to get my documents back please?
Your advice would be highly appreciated!

If they were indeed 1.5 kg and you did not send return envelope, there is a chance your documents are sitting in the local delivery depot waiting for correct postage to be paid. Worth giving it a shot.

Hello and thank you for your prompt reply.
I have not received any post reminder to say that there is anything outstanding for me in the local delivery depot. I have no problem with paying for postage. Since nobody replied to my letter where I requested for my documents to be returned, is there any phone number that I could use and contact somebody about this matter so I could resolve this issue as soon as possible please?

It might be better to send a letter by special delivery stating your case reference numbers so there is a record of your inquiry. Phone numbers tend to be for a call centre with the agents not having direct access to details or case workers.

Hi Eva,
Did you manage to resolve this and how, I am having exactly the same issue currently. I have recieved my approval since Feb 2018 and my naturalisation certificate but I am yet to receive any of my supporting docs. I sent a self return tracked postage to them, i am yet to receive any feedback.
