Why not follow the requirements stated in Form AN and guidance?
https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... en-form-an
Remember AN is not a re-run of PR - the five or ten years requirements are from the date of application worked back.

I have another 2 questions :
1/ I have new passport issued from my embassy few weeks ago ( after I got my PR ) I am going to send this passport , but do you I need to send the previous expired passport ( were the 5 years RC is stamped on it )?
2/ if I apply through NCS , in this case the NCS will send the documents or me ? And if the home office need further documents they will send letter regarding that to the NCS and then the NCS will send the letter to me or the HO will send the letter directly to my address ?
I appreciate if any one with experience in this setutions can answer my questions
Thank you

1. Send both.
2. NCS will send the documents for you. If HO require more documents, they will write to YOU.

Citizenship is based on the 5 years immediately preceding your application date, so any time this year is counted back to 2012. The 5 years must however include 1 year on PR/ILR unless you are married to a British citizen.

I think it’s 5 years +1 year after you hold PR !! As I need to be free from the immegration control for 1 years .. I might be mistaken
However , according to my understanding I can apply now

Yes you are mistaken.
You need 6 years before you qualify to apply due to needing 1 year on PR. HOWEVER, Citizenship is based on the 5 years IMMEDIATELY preceding your application date which MUST include 1 year on PR (i.e. 4 years plus 1 year PR).
Dont' confuse citizenship laws and requirements with PR/EU residence requirements.

You should have received a letter with your PR card stating a date when you have gained PR, and then you count one year from that date.
Employment history

hi,
I am family member of EEA with PR ,white am applying for BC Do I need to declare all my employment history for the last 10 years or shall I declare only for the last 6 years ( since I got the RC) ?
Before I had my RC I was student doing part time in many places and honestly I can’t remember when I start and when I finish for each work exactly and there was a lot of gabs between each job as I was student ,but after I got my RC ( 6 years ago ) I start working full time and I have full history and all documents need for that .
So what shall I do ? Do I need to declare everything before the 6 years ( before my RC)?
Kindly advice

You have to answer the question. It is asked for the 10 year history, so you HAVE to provide all that information. Don't think about gaps. Provide only asked info.
