Hi
My daughter is 5 months old born in England.
Husband just got indefinite leave to remain in December 2017.
Can I my daughter apply naturalisation with MN1 form. What about the period of 5 months when she did not have any visa .
Is she still eligible to apply naturalisation.
What documents shall I need ?
Please reply . Thanks in advance

Yes. For children, it's registration, not naturalisation. Need proof that a parent has ILR and child was born in the UK, etc. MN1 Form should give details of what documents they expect.
