Action points after ceremony

Hey guys
I understand that you receive your citizenship certificate in your ceremony.
You need to send the brp within 5 days.
If you have applied through NCS JCAP, do you need to do anything else to trigger the delivery of the passport or is it automatic as soon as you have gone through the ceremony.
