AN online form

Hi All,
I just have a quick question about online AN form .
I had filled my AN form and printed out for JCAP appointment, but don’t know weather I have to sign it at the end or not ?
Could someone please advise me do I have to sign online AN form or not ?

Hi,
I believe there is no space provided to print and sign. Before submitting the online form it's mentioned on the last page in the declaration that 'By sending this application, you confirm that to the best of your knowledge and belief the following is correct:..................'
so that means once form is submitted you agree that you filled the form as an applicant or an authorised person to act on behalf of other applicants.

From my experience , seniors said no need to send online form at all , but very next day I signed and sent it with covering letter.
JCAP means NDRS ?, if yes then that guys may assist you better.
