MN1 parent's immigration status

Dear all,
I am new in the forum and I have a question that I see other people having but that, after reading all answers posted in this forum, I have still not a clear answer for.
I am a European citizen that just got ILR earlier this month after providing evidence of my permanent residency here in the UK for the past 5 years. I am now filling up the online MN1 application form to register my two kids, both born in the UK, as British citizens under Section 1(3).
The question is the (in)famous one in the Parent's immigration status section:
"Are you relying on your parent's permanent residence (either as an EEA National or the family member of an EEA National) as evidence of their settled status in the United Kingdom?"
My first thought was to answer "No" because I have now ILR and the proof is, I understand, "attached" to my passport, but my husband thought that because my ILR was granted on the basis of me permanently residing in the UK for 5 years maybe we should say "Yes" and then provide all documents we already provided for the Settlement status application.
What should we do?
We have appointment early next week with NDRS.
Many thanks in advance!
