Applying for a 13 year old daughter.

Good evening. I am trying to find out if l can apply for ILR/ citizenship for my 13 year old daughter. I am 3 year visa which is due for renewal in May 2019. My daughter was born here and has never left the country. Currently she got 3 year visa like me due expire in May 19. My friend told me l can apply for her citizenship using FORM T. I just wanted clarification on that one please.
