Whole Family Naturalisation Application Query

Hi,
We are planning to apply for British citizenship for the whole family (family of 2 adults and 1 child under 16) and have couple of queries and thought that his forum will be able to help me with my doubts. Some background myself and my son have ILR since 2012 and my wife has it from 2014.
a) Can we include the whole family in the same online application including the child under 16 born outside UK?
b) When we applied for my wife’s ILR in 2014 we just used the print out from points-based calculator to prove that the degree is recognised by UKBA along with a letter from the university saying the degree was taught in English. Could we still use that as the evidence for English knowledge as it was previously with a successful settlement application or do, we have to get the letter from UKNARIC?
c) When we are applying as a family for citizenship would my wife be considered under the 3-year residence rule as she will be a spouse of a British citizen if my application gets approved? Or would my wife and I will each be considered separately under the 5-year residence rule?
Your help to clarify by doubts will greatly be appreciated. Thanks.

1) Adults fill in form AN each - for child MN1 - applications are individual.
2) Someone else to confirm - I thought PBS is no longer used and NARIC needs to be provided.
3) You are British citizen only when you have attended the ceremony, so wife needs to go under five year rule.

Hi Moderators,
Can you please kindly help us with the query whether we will have to furnish any evidence for English language requirement with my wife's Naturalisation application as she received her ILR based on KoLL rules set for settlement on or after 28th October 2013?
I could just provide the same evidence we provided as part of ILR for naturalisation, but we had used the points based calculator to prove that my wife's degree is recognised for English language requirements, which doesn't exists any more. So my concern is whether we will have to apply for UKNARIC and provide that with the naturalisation application or we could entirely not provide any evidence for English Language as it was already provided as part of the ILR application.
I would really appreciate some help with this. Thanks.

You just need to tick that checkbox on the online application.
You don't need to provide any evidence of English requirement.
I applied in last year Dec and did the same. My application was successful last week.

Me and my husband will apply for citizenship, and I just added him as another applicant. Can’t I do that? Do we need to do it separately?

Hi vinitmenon,
Many thanks for your reply. Are you saying you had used your degree taught in English with your ILR and just selected the option that you met the English language requirement in the Naturalisation application and did not provide any evidence with the Naturalisation application for English language requirement?

Got a question around parental consent letter for registering my son as a British Citizen. Can the letter be a free format letter of own words or is there a template that has to be used like the one we use for Indian passports? Thanks.

Do we have to provide 2 letters of consent one from each parent? Or could we just issue 1 letter detailing the details of both the parents and that we both consent in the same letter? Thanks
