Please I need help. I have a 2months old he was born in the US and we came back to U.K. When he was 12 days old. My husband is a British citizen by naturalization, ceremony May 2018, I am in the U.K. With my daughter on dependent visa because we came when he had Indefinte.
My son was given six month at entry point and we were asked to apply before it elapses.
Do we need to apply MN1 before passport or apply for passport straight?
Please help.

Your child doesn't qualify for British citizenship if born abroad to a parent who holds ILR. Child would only have been automatically British if born in the UK and a parent holds ILR.
The child would only be British if born AFTER your husband was already British.
You will likely have to apply for a Dependent visa, same as the one you have on form FLR(M).

Thank you for your response. My daughter who is 3 years old was born before my husband became a citizen. But my son was born this year in march 2019 abroad after my husband became a citizen last year May 2018.

Sorry, misread your post as it wasn't very clear.
If the child was born after your husband became British, then the child is automatically British by Descent and can apply for a British passport directly.
