An question on AN not sure how to interpret

My wife will soon submit AN
One Question is: Have you had any other work over the past 10 years or since you came to the UK?
She did work full time back home but once she arrived in the UK under spouses visa 5 years ago, she hasn't been working.
Should I answer YES on this question and fill out detail of her past employer back home? (strangely the employer's address format only allow an UK address once I press Yes)
