about delivery of passport and other documents

hello
applied british passport for my child: 7th june 2019
approved on 23rd june
got passport: 25 june 2019
but other documents have not been delivered like registration certificate.
will it be delivered by DX at same time or comes in different time?
or it will be delivered by royal mail??
please let me know

i had paid extra £5 for delivery of my documents.
so, as you said it will be delivered via royal mail, i will wait for it. thanks

I received my documents and my new passport on the same day by DX (I used the check and send service via the post office)

Thanks for letting me know.
But I just got only my passport.
What can I do except waiting? Can I call passport team? Do you have contact number?
Any suggestion please

DX will deliver your documents within two to 3 days
