4 FPNs for Speeding in 20 days, same camera and Naturalisation application

Hello Learned members,

Questions similar to mine have been put forth before in this forum. I have searched and have not found out the outcome of such applications or any references where Naturalisation applications with multiple FPNs have been successfully granted.

My Scenario:
Got ILR on 5th September 2015. Unfortunately received 4 FPNs for speeding from the same speeding camera within a span of 20 days. This was my everyday commute to office and somehow I failed to keep the speed under control on those 4 days.

Dates of Speeding:
13th May 2016 - Received FPN by post from Thames Valley Police. SP30 offence. Took Speed awareness course. Was doing 36Mph on 30 miles speed limit public road.
17th May 2016 - Received FPN by post from Thames Valley Police. SP30 offence. Pleaded guilty by post didn't challenge in court. Took 3 points and £100 fine. Was doing 35Mph on 30 miles speed limit public road.
23rd May 2016 - Received FPN by post from Thames Valley Police. SP30 offence. Pleaded guilty by post didn't challenge in court. Took 3 points and £100 fine. Was dping 39Mph on 30 miles speed limit public road.

So overall it was 4 FPNs resulting in 1 speed awareness course for first FPN, paid £300 fine in total and £9 points in total for the remaining 3 FPNs. By the time I received first FPN, the next 3 speeding offence had already happened. There was delay in getting to know the first FPN because I had moved house and the new address was not updated in V5C doument (Car's Registered Keeper document). I moved a floor below in the same apartment complex. I only got to know when I went to check for postal mails. Luckily the 28 days limit to respond was not crossed, so in time I responded and accepted the FPNs. The fines were paid and points taken and everything was settled by July 2016.

Till today no more FPNs after the ones stated above.

It has been more than 3 years now and was now planning to apply for Naturalisation for myself and my 7 year old daughter. I understand that Home Office is not going to disregard multiple speeding offences. But wondering what chances are they in getting my application succeed. I have searched through this forum and other forum but didn't find any post where Naturalisation application was successful with multiple FPNs.

Please kindly let me know what are the chances of success with my naturalisation application. Also please let me know if you have come across similar cases where the naturalisation was granted or if it was declined.

Thanks,
Vinay

We cannot tell you what to expect. Naturalisation is discretionary so it is up to HO to decide to grant your application given you got 4 FPNs in a short period of time. I would say given more than 3 years have passed since those FPNs, you have a good chance of getting it

Thank You very much.

I will be grateful if you or any other member of the forum can quote an instance where the application was successful in a similar situation. Nonetheless your response gives me some hope.
