What if I can't provide dates of all my trips abroad?

One of the things required in the application for citizenship is the dates of all my trips abroad in the past several years. What can I do if I simply can't provide all the dates with a 100% certainty? I have the same issue with my employment history. I don't know all the dates. I will try to get that information from my former employers but what if they don't provide it?

Asking HMRC will indeed solve my second issue. Thank you. What about the first one though? I might not be able to find all my boarding passes from the past 5 years. Is there a government agency I could enquire regarding the dates of all my arrivals in the UK?

Assuming you are a non-EU, are not the dates exit/entry stamped in your passport?

Unfortunately no. I'm an EU citizen. I didn't even use my passport to travel.

This may sound a bit far fetched, but look up your location history on your i-phone/android. They go back upto a couple of years, and will show the city/country you were in on a certain date. Easy to deduce when did you leave and come back by looking at the dates.
