British Citizenship - Good character question

Dear members,
I am planning to apply for British citizenship, however in Dec 2018, I have been prosecuted by TFL for traveling without a ticket on the underground.
I received a letter from the court and I pleaded guilty and paid the fine (around £400).
I recently had a basic DBS check and it came out clean record.
Also, last year I applied from permanent residency and my application was successful, without mentioning the fine.
My questions are:
1.Should I declare the fine on my application for citizenship since it does not show on my record?
2.Or is it better to wait 3 years before applying for citizenship?
Many thanks in advance

Hello
They are very thorough when it comes to citizenship (it's not an immigration application like the ILR).
If you hide something and they find out (most often than not they find out), you get your application declined, you lose the money and, if deception is retained, it will get you a 10 year ban from applying again.
So honestly, the risk is too high to take any chance here. You don't want a letter telling you not to apply before 2030.

Thank you, Zerubbabel for the reply.
Do I need to wait 3 years before I apply for citizenship?

If we are filling application for the British citizenship online, do we suppose to provide photos?
Many thanks

No. But you need passport size photos to attach on the referee forms.

Dear members,
For British citizenship application, do you know what kind of documents can be presented as a proof for living in UK for the last five years.
My understanding is that you cannot provide bank statements. What other documents can be provided?
The application for citizenship is online via PR card.
Many thanks

These are normally sufficient:
P60s, Letter(s) from Employer(s), Letters from educational establishments.
Alternatively, other official documents, such as Council Tax bills, HMRC Letters, DWP Pensions or Child Benefit, etc.
