Hello everyone,
in 5 years of qualifying period I've got 320 days of absences. Insignificant numbers in the last 12 month. My question is in regards to my first year when I've been absent, due to work, a total of 192 days. Would this be a problem, should I cover this in a letter explaining the reason of my absences?

Thank you!

As long you are less than 450 days in last 5 years and less than 90 days in last 12 months - you meet the requirements. Nothing to clarify.
