Hello everyone
Please help

I came to The Uk in 2008 for visit visa and immediately I went to Dublin and applied for an asylum that did not accept the request for asylum, and after that I returned to Britain in 2012 and I got refugee status in 2013 and after five years I got permanent residence and applied for British citizenship in August 2019 and until now there is no response only Home office said: We ask for external check and agencies, (1)Is that mean When i go to Dublin and return to Britain is considered as no good character for 10 years The second question? What does it mean that they are waiting for a response from the agencies and an external check thanks
Please help

At this point in time, when you returned from Ireland to the UK, did you immediately apply for refugee status again? Were you asked to report yourself to the immigration authorities on a regular basis? Did you work in the UK without permission? How did you support yourself before being granted permission to work?

When I come from Ireland I apply immediately
And I not working in the Uk is that means like no good character

Thats simply playing politics with your application. They dont find a reason to refuse as you havent worked illegally in uk & ireland is irrelvant now .There isnt any issue with good character.When they want to make a quick decision they dont make too much checks with agencies but when they want to delay thats when this drama of agencies comes in .If they refuse you ,you should fight until get justice.
