UK citizenship referee form

Hi there,
I need help with a query please?
Applying for my wife & child Naturalization online. Basically while filling online we gave the details of referees. After filling the form, a link with refeerre pop up which was a form only to be filled.
My question is does that referee declaration needs to filled by refeerre & upload online on UKVCAS? Or online filled details enough?

Referee must sign the completed referee forms that has photos on and send back to you. You upload the signed form that has the applicants photos on.

I have a question about referee, my referee has points on driving licence does it make any difference?

No.
But referees must not have been convicted of an imprisonable offence during the last 10 years
