Paid off CCJ and old points declarations

Dear members, I am about to apply for my citizenship application. Last month I received a CCJ notice but paid off fully. I checked the credit report now is not there. Also I had 6 driving points in 2015, its not in record as well and no reference I kept.
Hence do I need to declare these in my application? Please advice. Thanks

Since both are no more an issue, declaring it out of sincerity should not be an issue to your application decision.
