Observations in first adult British passport

Hello,

hope you all doing well!

Just received my first adult British passport this morning, which is really good news.
But after checking the personal details noticed that there is a following observation is mentioned on the observation page:

*HOLDER HAS A RUSSIA PASSPORT, NUMBER xxxxxxxxx ISSUED ON "dd/mm/yyyy" IN THE NAME OF "FIRST NAME, PATRONYMIC NAME, SURNAME". THIS PASSPORT IS DUE TO EXPIRE ON "dd/mm/yyyy"*

The main reason of why it was mentioned I assume is related to "Identity Observations" as per the below "Observations in passports" guidance:
observations-in-passports

And particularly in my example it was due to that I have the Patronymic name mentined in my Russian travel passport, and I did not put(want) it and mentioned only First name and Surname in the passport application (same for visa/ilr/naturalisation certificate). Although Patronymic name is written there in Cyrillic and only First name and Last Name are in Latin. Neverthless it was converted into Latin and mentioned in observations page of passport!

There is a quite good knowledge base for HM Passport office case workers, which describe it as follow:
International Russia passports show the holder’s forename and surname in both Cyrillic and Latin, the patronymic name will only appear as Cyrillic text. HM Passport Office will not ask the customer to align their international Russia passport:

- if the variation in name is due to transliteration of the Cyrillic characters into Latin script
to show the patronymic name in Latin script (because this is not possible in international Russia passports)
- if the customer is applying for their British passport without the patronymic name
- when the customer holds more than 1 patronymic middle name (as these are not shown on international Russia passports)

What's very strange is that there is no such obseervation on my spouse and daughter passports (same situation)!

Based on all above I have the following questions:
1. Is it possible to request the HM Passport Office to remove those observations, as name is still same, and patronymic name is only used in country of birth? Did anyone had the same issue and succeded in that?
2. How likely I will have the issue on the border control, because of this observation, as there "FIRST NAME, PATRONYMIC NAME, SURNAME" are in latin, although in Russian passport "FIRST NAME, SURNAME" in Latin /Cyrillic and "PATRONYMIC NAME" in Cyrillic only!

Thank you very much!
