Does anyone have a document checklist please?

I am completing 4 yr on HSMP + 1 year on ILR on 3rd July.

I have got appointment with NCS Newham on 5th July.

I am employed and my partner has own Limited company.

One daughter aged 5.

I am not sure what documents i should be supplying.

Here is what i am planning to submit:

For Myself:

1) Passport
2) 5 yrs P60
3) LIUK Test Certificate
4) My Driving License (As i used it as ID for the test)
5) Marraige Certificate (Original in URDU and it certified translation)
6) Last 6 months Payslips and Bank Statements

For Partner:

1) Passport
2) LIUK Test Certificate
3) Driving License
4) Last 6 months personal and company bank statements

For Daughter:

1) Passport
2) Birth Certificate

Please let me know if anything else is needed or can be dropped from this list.

Also, a baby is expected mid July, so we are thinking to just apply for British Passport. Is that right?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

You should read the guidance document or the UKBA website asthey are very comprehensive. However, if you dont want to read, the following are the only required documents:

1) Passport

3) LIUK Test Certificate

5) Marraige Certificate (Original in URDU and it certified translation)

For Partner:

1) Passport
2) LIUK Test Certificate

For Daughter:

1) Passport
2) Birth Certificate

Also, a baby is expected mid July, so we are thinking to just apply for British Passport. Is that right? YES. She will be British by birth.

Krimith, no need of P60s at all. Check the guidance notes and application form if you are not too sure.

You can of course include them if you so wish, you wont get rejected because you have done so
