Spent conviction but answered no to question 3.6,,plz help

You only need to declare UNSPENT convictions. You had a conviction in July 2005, it got spent in July 2010, so there was no need to mention it in your application. You have done the right thing. No need to panic. Just forget about it.

If it's spent, that's it, no need to declare it.
I assume you've not been convicted of ANYTHING else, even the most minor of traffic offences, since July 2005?
On what basis are you still repaying the money, though? CCJ, or recovery order, or anything?
