wrong address dates on BC application-help plz

I put wrong date for previous addresses in last 5 years on BC application as I could not remember each address and date of residence. I have moved so much and and my memory is really bad. PS I have been in uk for 12years on Ilr so does this matter. Sent passport to prove this
Also local council made an overpayment of housing benefit to a previous landlord but I was given a fine in court back in July 05 for failing to notify council of changes in circumstance namely moving out an oversight as landlord promised to do this on my behalf although I paid the fine I am still paying the council the money back
The housing benefit was paid to Landlord directly.
I also answered No to question 3.6 on BC application because the conviction(fine) was spent but I am now thinking I should have answered Yes but not written conviction details, will this cause application to be refused.
I am worried all this will cause the application to fail please help
