Hi,

I am applying next week for my wife naturalization

At the moment my wife got her family surname in her passport

Please any one advise, when i am filling up AN form shall i write my (Husband) Surname or Shall i keep her Family surname.

If, I am going to put my Husband surname, Shall i go and change all the bank accounts...etc all details

In the UK there is no obligation for a married couple to have the same surname. It is merely a convention that most couples choose to follow, but there is no requirement.

So in answer to your answers .... simply fill in the form truthfully .... no need to pretend anything.

When I applied I entered surname as husbands and have been approved-there is no need to change details with bank etc

When she is approved and is going for ceremony she will need to take with her marriage certificate,letter of approval and passport,oh and invitation letter, this was advised to me by my local council for which I will be holding my ceremony soon
