Hi,
When would my wife qualify for naturalisation/citizenship pls?
We received ILR in Oct 2010 (as a family). My son and I would qualify for
citizenship in Oct2011.
UK visa history for my wife:
Working holiday visa (jun07-jun09)
Dependent visa (jun09-Oct10)
ILR (Oct10-present)

Thank you.
Pls could you clarify when my wifes "residential qualifying period" would start (or have started)?
Would the type of visa she was on or is currently on be relevant?
as she moved from working holiday visa to dependent visa in jun 09.
Thanks in advance.

Thank you.
Am I correct in assuming that only once I get naturalised does my wife
then qualify?
ie I need to make 2 seperate applications?
We can't apply together.
Many thanks

Victoria wrote:Actually, you can apply together, with the reduced fee, and request that the main applicants is considered first. But as John has said, your wife has to have been here three years at the date of application.

Thank you.
Would the time she spent on the Working Holidaymaker not be excluded from the residential qualifying period?
