Urgent Help with Naturalisation by a Self-Sufficient person!

Hi guys!
Hope all of you are doing well!
I am an EEA national and gonna make an application for the naturalisation (British Citizenship) later by November. However I doubt that if I'm eligible to make the application.
As I've classified myself as a student between 2004 and 2008, and a self-sufficient person from 2009, repectively, I've taken out a comprehensive sickness insurance (CSI) required for the application of PR confirmation since Febuary 2010 and finally got my PR confirmation in July 2010.
However I left the CSI early this year because the contract of my cover (CSI) came to an end.
As far as I know, EEA nationals have to provide evidence of excercising their treaty rights in UK in order to make applications for Naturalisation, that means I need to provide my CSI for the qualifyig period as one of supporting documents. But what should I do now due to the insurance could not be backdated? Am I still eligible to go for naturalisation if I take out a CSI as soon as possible?
I would be highly appreciated if anyone could give me help with my enquiry! Thanks a lot in advance!

As you hold your PR confirmation for over a year now, you can just apply with that (just put the date you received it in the relevant box). There is no need to provide the evidence again. The section in the form (section 2.4) is for applicants who have obtained the PR automatically but do not have a confirmation from the HO.

Thanks so much Jambo! Thank you for your answer!
I thought all EEA nationals including those who have held PR status confirmation for over 12 months have to provide evidence of comprehensive sickness insurance again.
Could you please tell me where I can find out information about no need for provision of CSI, as I couldn't find that in the UKBA website and AN form.
One more questions, please! Do I need to provide bank statements and university/school letters again?
Thank you very much in advance and look forward to your help!

well, this is a tricky one. The HO publish what you need to provide with the application. They don't list what you don't need....
Same rule apply if you have ILR under the uk immigration rules - you don't need to prove that again if you already got pass that stage.
You call them and ask if you don't trust me

not to prove EEA treaty rights but as your passport is not stamped when you enter the uk, you will need to provide evidence that you have been resident in the uk for the 5 years prior to the application. This can be in the form of utility bills, tenancy agreement or letter from university.

Jambo Thank you very much!
I really appreciate your help!
I will contact UKBA for confirmation of everything, not because I don't trust you but need to be cautious.
You are an EXPERT!

I've got some questions regarding supporting documents for application of British Citizenship(Naturalisaiton) and appreciate for any helpful answers.
I have held my confirmation of PR (Pamanent Residence) status for over 12 months by now and am going to apply for naturalisation through NCS in two weeks.
As I am an EEA national and apply as a self-sufficient person, may I ask what kind of document I should provide as evidence of lawful residence during the 5 years?
As my passport is not stamped when coming into and going out of the United Kindom, how can I prove that I have been in the United Kindom for the last 5 years? I could provide university/college letter (for before 2009) but am unable to provide any documents for period that I am a self-sufficent person (from 2009).
May I ask if the last 5 years including the one year (12 months) of holding PR confirmation, please?
Thank you very much for your help in advance and look forward to your reply!
Thx a lot!
