Do I need 5 years of P60s for ILR on Tier 1 General?

Hi,

I asked this a few weeks ago along with another question and got no response on this question. Do I need P60s for the past 5 years to go along with SETO Tier 1 General for ILR? Or is bank statements and payslips for the past 12 months all I need? The application doesn't say anything about needing to show P60s but people keep referencing including them.

If I don't need them I'm going to the post office before it closes today, otherwise I'm stuck waiting for the letter from HMRC as I can't locate my past P60s.

Thanks!

Yes.. I agree with you.. It's nowhere written so.. I will still carry my P60s and the letter from HMRC in my additional docs folder (better be safe than be sorry).. Will submit those only if I am asked to do so..

me too. The requirement is to prove that you requalify for Tier 1 and as per the rules the last year's earnings is all that you need to show. This is what we did during our Tier 1 extension, didnt we?

Infact I wont be able to show the most recent p60 ( 2011-2012 ) as I won't be getting it before my PEO appointment , which is at the end of May. So I am showing a letter from employer along with bank statements as the two proofs

If anyone thinks I am missing something, please correct!

I got my ILR approved last week and wasn’t asked for any P60. All they want to see is 12 months pay slips and 12 months bank statements.

Thanks for posting your experience linkers. I am going for Croydon PEO next week and I don't intend to submit my P60s either.
