Dear friends,

Thank you for all the forum members for helping me during my ilr application process.

I had traffic offence IN10 (May 2009, dealt in court) case worker looked into it and said they're are going to do there own checks before they approve my application.

Every thing went fine and my application was approved at the end of the day.

And once again i am thank full to all the forum members.

Gud luck

Congrats !!!!

Lots and lots of heartiest congratulations on getting your ILR and thanks a lot for sharing your PEO experience on the forum.

Will you please kindly tell us that on what basis you've applied for your ILR.

Good luck for the future.

Congratulations instantK

I had a similar case and was granted ILR. Had SP30 speeding offence, dealt in court and my application was successful.

instantk,

Congrats!! A quick question about the offence you've mentioned, did you do a CRB check before the application? and if you did was it clear without the conviction?
Had SP30 speeding offence
Zishi,
Congrats for your successful application, any reason why your case was dealt in the court? Did you opt to plead guily at court rather by post? More information about your case will be much helpful.

Cheers

instantk,
could you please tell if you had to provide more explanation as to how you came about your driving offence?how much time did you have before it would have been spent?
