This forum has been very useful for me and i would like to share my experience for everyone's interest.

- Had appointment at 10AM
- Interview called 10:30
- Immigration officer said everything is fine and now it is time to pay the fee.
- biomatric taken 11:45
- then we were asked to come back in two hours time to collect approval letter and documents.
- Letter and documents collected at 1400.

Solihull is fantastic PEO with nice staff and peacfull environment.

ILR Applied for myself & Wife
Criteria: WP+WP+tier1
Wife completed two years being my spouse in the UK

Document Asked by Case worker:
1- Completed SETO form
2- Passports
3- Marriage Certificate ( bit unusual)
4- 12months PAy slips
5- 12 months bank statements
6- Couple of Bills part of cohab documents.
7- LIUK Certficates
8- Work permit home office reference letters
9- Letter from employer to confirm online payslips.

hello lucky,congrats.with regard to the said couple of cohab docs you were asked for by the case worker, where they general or specific docs?so you were only asked for two, where they two of diff kinds or same.i know it seems i am repeating myself but i am still a bit unsure of how many i should have.where yours in just your name or both
