I was on a work permit for 4 years and now on a tier 2 visa, about to apply for indefinite leave to remain. As part of the application I need to provide documents confirming that I was in the employment for which a work permit was issued throughout the period concerned. I have all my P60s for this period and could also get a letter from my employer - is this enough? Many thanks

Hi
To the best of my knowledge the only official documents required by an applicant to made an ILR application is one official payslip and one month bank statement,Set(o) form, LIUK test pass certificate, normally the CW ask for 3 months recent payslips and 3 months recent bank statements.
I dont know where you got this question that you've to prove that you were in the same employement for the past 5 years.
Hope this will answer your question.

OP never asked this question that you are suggesting he / she asked.
Your responses, based on your best knowledge than facts, without understanding the query or facts can ill-inform and misguide a person seeking help.

Earlier in the section I have answered yes to having a biometric residence permit (which includes taking fingerprints) so is this question referring to something different? Or should I just repeat that I had them taken for my BPR? Does it matter that I can't remember the date these were taken?
Many thanks
