HSMP + Tier 1 = 11G or 11L?

Hello all,
I am applying for my IRL and have a question with regards to SET O form. I have completed 2 years under HSMP and 3 years under IRL. I wanted to check for advice whether I should select 11G or 11L on page 42 / 43 of July 2012 SET O form.

11G
Highly skilled migrant If you are applying for indefinite leave to remain on completing 5 years’ continuous stay in the UK under the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP) and other appropriate categories, in addition to the relevant documents in 11A, you must provide the following:

11L
Tier 1 (General) migrant If you are applying for indefinite leave to remain on completing 5 years’ continuous stay in the UK made up of leave as a Tier 1 (General) migrant and leave as a highly skilled migrant, work permit holder, innovator, self-employed lawyer or writer, composer or artist, in addition to the relevant documents in 11A, you must provide the following documents:

If it is 11L, then it states:
For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 1 (General) migrant, documents showing that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules.

In my instance (HSMP + Tier 1), would the "period before you were granted leave as a Tier 1" referenced above relate to time I spent as HSMP or time I spent before HSMP? What documents should I provide to show "that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules"? Would P60s and bank statements be sufficient?

Thanks for any clarification that you can offer.

It's 11L that's applicable to you. Your HSMP approval letter for the period before Tier 1 G will show that you met the immigration requirements for that period.

@cs95tdg Thanks for your response. I must admit though that Home Office do not do themselves much favour due to using the terms HSMP and Tier 1 in an interchangeable manner. Just wish that the literature was more clear to remove all doubts from minds of us end users.
