Hi,
I am on general Tier 1 and applying for my ILR in November this year. My wife came to this country in 2008 as a dependant of mine. Is she eligible for ILR same time as me.
Also as the rules for ILR have changed recently. I would be grateful if you could give me a brief of documentations required for ILR application for myself on General Tier 1 and my wife as a dependant.
