Hi,

I have two references, one was on HSMP letter for entry clearance and the other is on letter when I got FLR as Tier-1 (G).
Which reference number should I write here?

As I got no reply from anyone. I too was thinking to use the latest one.
What is your answer of question 7 on page 37?
Have you had your fingerprints taken.....
Actually my fingerprints were taken when I applied for entry clearance in Pakistan but I don't remeber the exact date. All I remember is that it was between Aug 2007 to Oct 2007.

nmm wrote:Hi Friends,
I am applying for ILR next month.
I received all my salary slips in pdf format and normally print them myself. Similarly the employer provided me employment letter on Ms word letter head and its not pre printed.
I requested my boss to stamp the salary slip but they told me that they don't have any stamp so they can't do it.
Similarly my council tax, gas, electricity bills are online.
Do home office ask for stamp & sign on every online document? And what is the alternative if we are unable to do this?
Thanks

i would get them signed by accounts department/HR and ask them to provide a letter stating that. I had to do it for my extension application as my company do not have any stamps on them

Thanks innocentdevil
The problem here is that my company don't have any pre printed letter head. They can provide me letter with the company name, logo address etc in header but it would be printed from MSWord and not a proper pre printed letter head.
Would that be accepted by Homeoffice?

that should be fine. I had the same issue, there wasn't a pre printed letter head and they have word document which contained the letter head, address etc. i posted my extension application and every payslip was signed by hr finance person and a letter was also provided.
can't see any issues with that

Hello again,
I asked my council and energy provider to send me the last few year bills and they provided me the printout of the PDF bills that I can already view/print online. I think now the companies are not using the old style of bills anymore.
I am a bit worried about this as the main cohabitation docs that I have are PDF printouts. Can anyone please confirm if HO would accept these bills? What's experience of people already applied for ILR?
P60 Issue

Hi,
I am on HSMP 2 Year + Tier1(G) 3 Year.
I arrived in Uk in dec 2007 and started job in Jan 2008. Since then I changed a job. My previous employer didn't provided me P60 for the period Jan 2008 to Apr 2008. So after reading the thread
http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=58599 I asked HMRC to provide me employment history.
After getting my employment history I amazed to see that they don't have my record for the period Jan 2008 to Apr 2008. I remember I asked my previous employer many times but they told me that it is lost. Now I have realised that they deducted my tax for that period but didn't deposited to HMRC. I think they saved the money as first 5000 are exempted from tax. My old employer is no more in business. I do have payslips for that period.
1. Can members please suggest me if that could create any problem for me?
2. Can I apply using P60 I have in hand? i.e. from May 2008 till Apr 2012
3. Should I report to HMRC this issue?
(Note to moderator: I posted this separate thread as I think it is an important issue and I need advice from seniors please)

as long as you have salary slips and bank statements which corroborate with each other showing that you paid tax then you have nothing to worry about.
if the employer is deducting tax but not passing it on then it is employer's responsibility not yours.

Hi nmm: On your category you need to show 12 months earning history out of preceding 15 months. you have pay slips and bank statements as proof for earning. Why you thinking about P60. P60 is necessary for those who wants to show P60 as proof of earnings also on that case claming periods must be tied in with tax year (April to March) otherwise P60 is no good/ confusing for this route (hsmp 2yr+tier1 3Yr).
I saw many people submitted P60 with their documents by themself but Cw did not asked for this documen and concentrate neither.

Hi Arif,
I think I need P60 for the requirement 11G on Page 42 of SET(O), Please correct me if I am wrong.
11G- Highly skilled migrant If you are applying for indefinite leave to remain on completing 5 years’ continuous stay in the UK under the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP) and other appropriate categories, in addition to the relevant documents in 11A, you must provide the following:
[] If you are employed, document(s) showing your economic activity and your personal earnings during your stay in the UK.

For Hsmp 2trs +Tier 1 3yrs we need to fill section 11A and 11L.
Did you explain your council the fact and why you need the letter for. Gp also use full and can provide a letter stating that you and your wife is registered from date xx/ xx/xxxx and address and till now both of you registered on that GP.
I am with E on energy sypplier and I requested to supply all bills covering last two years. Though I offered them that they can charge for this service but did not charge. I think british gas will do the same.
Ask for a insurance quate for both of your name, any insurance. At least you will get a letter from them.
Apply for credit card. Think some others.

Hsmp 10 Dec 2007 - 10 dec 2009
Tier 1 10 Dec 2009- 10 Dec 2012.
Preparing for applying ILR in person.
I have following issue. AnyAdvice please:
I did part time job started from 6 October 2008 to 5 April 2009 and employer gave me P60 (2008-2009) for that employment period.
Recently I have received employment history from HMRC and hmrc record (tax year ended 5 April 2009) match with P60 from that job.
But on HMRC record that employment name still exists on next finencial year (tax year ended 5 April 2010 ) showing Pay £0.00 and Tax £0.00. As I left job on 5 April 2009 so I did not paid from that job but employer might not informed HMRC about my left.
Is this will be a big issue in case of I need to submit employment history.
