Form Set (O) version 04/2012 instead of 07/2012

The current form on ukba website has the latest version of set (o) dated as 04/2012 (the second part of the form after payment details).

I printed a set (o) form previously to fill out as a test and it has 07/2012 on the second section of the form ...
I still have 2 weeks time and will wait but it might help someone who is going to apply soon ... just check if it is the right form.

How will we check? every where else it says version 7 but on the first page ( where there is place for photograph) it says version 4.

in the footer of the page it does say 07/2012 ... maybe it is just a typo ...
now i remember someone mentioned this error previously on the forum but i cant find it.

The form has been modified,
The date is now correct, i will print out page 7 again just in case!

hi is it just page 7 which needs to be changed or other pages?i filled my form yesterday and thinking of posting tomorrow. I am not sure wat to do please advice. Regards krishna

It looks like they have just corrected the date on page 7
