Hey

My husband is currently on a Biometric Residence as a spouse which has been valid for 2 years.

His Visa runs out next month so when applying for SET M I have the following docs..

Joint Bank Account (6 statements covering 2 years)
Husbands account (10 statement covering 2 years)
Tenancy agreement
Sky (6 statements covering 2 years ) – My name
Vodafone statement (covering 2 years)
Car Insurance document (both name)
Driving License (his name)
My driving license
2 years worth of his pay slips
2 years worth of my pay slips
Doctors form (1)
Also – flight details when I went to India with him..

His English test he needed to do

Do we need supply – photos? Emails?

IF you can help that would be great 

I guess you need to add ypur marriage certificate, ur passport and his. I applied for Set ( M) on Feb 2012, and i have set all the above document + a cover letter ( as I needed to explain something) which contained my email address.
ur husband need to have a passport photo on the document but you dont need any other photos, unless you think you cannot satisfied the HO of ur geniun relationship.

BTW, it is better not to send your driving licenses. I sent my driving mine and my husband. i was told by DVLA that you are not allowed to drive if you dont have the green papaer or your driving license. :)
