ILR Query

Hi,
I had come to UK on tier 2 ICT on sep 2010 and then switched to Tier 1 in June 2011. Can you pls. let me know whether I am eligible for ILR in Sep 2015 or June 2016? I have been hearing that people in Tier 2 ICT who arrived after may 2010 are not eligible for ILR but will that period be considered for ILR as I am currently in Tier 1. Pls. help.
