Hi Everyone,

I have a big confusion, I spent several hours in the forum to get my answer but couldnt, and finally i had to post a new topic.

I am trying to go for 10 years long residency; following are my visa dates

Arrival In UK: april 2006 to july 2009 as student

applied for extension on: 17 july 2009 got visa on 14 december 2009 which expired on 10 december 2010

applied for extension : 17 december 2010 (7 days over stay) got visa which expires 31 march 2011

got psw on 02 march 2011 expires on 3 march 2013

hope that 7 days over stay wouldnt become hurdle[/b]

Q: As i have 3 years approx more for my 10 years to be completed, i have two option either student visa for MSc (i did bsc here) which would be less than three years and again i will have to apply for extension , or should i go for Tier 1 enterpeneur visa (3 years and also HO is taking arround 6 months to process that can help complete my 10 years)

SO WHICH ONE SHOULD I GO FOR ?

I know its a bit long post, but please give your best suggestion,

well...if you want to study get the student visa..if you want to work than the work visa...up to you what you want to do in the next 3 years
