Hi All
Many thanks for all the Immigrationboards Experts and whoever gave advices for my queries and in the application for ILR which is approved at the end.

Case summary: HSMP + T1 (General) with 1 Dependant.

Used Form (12/12) version
143 holidays

Documents supplied
1-Summary letter
2-ILR Form (12/12)
3-12 Bank statements & copies
4-12 Payslips & copies
5-Life In UK for myself and wife & Copy
6-Passport latest & Copy
7-Passport previous & copy
8-Employer letter & copy
9-HSMP letter & copy
10-T1G letter & copy
11. Cohabitation docs (whatever I had the letters in the name of myself and my wife all arranged in date wise order) - around 25 papers I had.
12. nhs medical history stamped

ILR Approved today. Case worker was Indian Guy but I used case representative just in case to keep myself away from the stress in Home Office.

Lessons Learnt:
1. Claimed points only from Permanent Job and not used anything from my contract limited company pay
2. No proof showed with regards to my contract work and saved accountant (ACCA) fee etc

I wish this information may help others for their success in ILR application in future "insha Allah" (by God's grace)

congrats icon3001,

wondering if you could share some more info etc :

- were all your holidays paid leave?
- did you fill section 6.3 of the form?

cheers

During first 4 years holidays I was contracting and those are personal trip vacations (85 days)
and the remaining 58 days leave is paid leave.

* No need to show any evidence if the absence is less than 180 days in 5 yrs so 6.3 is left blank.

Hope this helps.

Congrat's icon3001! May I ask what the Employer Letter you submitted was for, as you mention that you didn't submit any evidence for your absences (as an employer letter is not required for T1G applicants). Was it purely to confirm you current employment or something else?

cs95tdg: Thanks for your help earlier.

The employer letter is just the information that i am a permanent employee and started my job on xxx date
(its not necessary but i submitted just in case.)

Congratulations, glad for you.

Can you please list the cohab documents you have submitted and did CW asked for specific documents?

Cohab docs I submitted:
Electricity and gas bills and all letters from them
Old tenancy agreement
Medical insurance with both names
Bank statements - I had my wife bank account just for 2 months then closed so submitted whatever I got from bank
Electoral poll cards both names

They need letters with addresses covering the 2 year period

Thanks for reply, so could it be evidences from several sources complementing each other in covering two years rather than from single source covering two years?

Thanks in advance,
AM
