WP + Tier1 G - 180 Days Absence per Year Rule Applicable?

Hi,
I'm applying for ILR in Feb 2013, could any senior member or others who has recently got ILR with WP + Tier1 G, advise whether the 180 Days absence per year is allowed?
if yes, are there any additional list of documents that have to be provided along with the application.
As per my understanding, if I'm making a ILR application with Tier1 G, I do not have to provide any evidence for 180 Days per year absence - Is this correct ?
Thanks,
S

Yes, so long as they were not due to serious or compelling compassionate reasons.

Though no evidence is required (except for serious or compelling compassionate reasons) the absences must be for reasons connected with the applicant’s purpose for being in the UK ..i.e. work related absences and/or annual leaves.

Hi,
In that case do we have to provide any letter from employer? or in case of Limited company - will showing the Invoice for period working offshore would hold good?
Thanks,
S

Why dont you list your absences in 12 month periods scheme, going backward from your planned application date. And list reasons for those travels. This gives a better picture of what you are trying to achieve with your absensces documentation.
