Thanks to everyone for suggestions and help.
Case: Work Permit (6 months) + Tier 1 (4.6 years) -> 1 Main Applicant+1 dependent.
Skipped ILR for 6 month old baby since he was born here.
Absences: 161 days in total in which 59 days are off UK Payroll.
As usually booked PEO appointment before 42 days and got it for 10.00 AM slot for Croydon.
Experience at Croydon: Reached Corydon with wife and baby @ 8:30. Security guy refused entry and even in waiting area (do not know what problem he had this morning). He told it is too early for 10 AM appointment. We spend 1 hour in Croydon shopping mall. They let me in at 9:30 am. All initial process finished in 45 mins (Application checking +Payment+ Biometrics)
Lady Case worker (no smiley face) called at 10:15 AM and she asked to dump all documents. She asked come back after 1 hr. We waited in front of counter.
After 30 mins of checking she asked for my Old work permit and submitted the same.
Again she called at 11Am and told she is going break for 30 min and will give result after break.
At 12 she called and told your application is approved and BRP will be send in next 5 working days.

Congrats man!

Past few weeks were quite stressful l can imagine especially with all uncertainty around absences. I am glad for you it paid off and ended up well

Couple of questions if you do not mind :)

1. So you said case worker ask to give all documents and came bank in 1 hour, but she asked you for some additional documents in the middle right? So you basically have to stay there all time?
2. What cohab documents case worker do you think accepted/considered?

Thank you.

2. I had lot of cohab docs (gas, electricity, water, rent, polling card, council tax etc). She did not ask any specific question about cohab. She took all.

Congrat's M2008! Can I ask what your WP EC date was, and when you first entered the UK?

Purely for the purposes of understanding whether they considered the time between WP EC & date of first entry towards your 5 year residence.

Thanks for quick reply.
Were you disappointed with level of service? I am sure you would have expected better value service for money you paid.

Thanks, as you applied 28 days before date of entry, it doesn't confirm what I was after, but appreciate the response nevertheless.

I do have another question on whether you are allowed to have your mobile phone with you and have it switched on while in the application fee payment area at the Croydon PEO?

Thanks, I presume it is allowed, as you weren't told to switch it off.

Congrats m2008. I've been anxious to hear about your case.

I presume as the Director of a Ltd company you could take as much Annual leave as you please. In my case, I worked for a Ltd company as an employee (a friend of mine is the Director). Do you think it would matter if I mention the reason as a "Business visit"? It is very close to but certainly less than 90 days.

Thanks.

congrates for the success dear,
did case worker ask any or many questions about your pvt business, like how you get pay, how many hours you work in week, or about the registration of your company etc etc.

Congrats. Please could you help me understand if the old work permit letter you submitted was the original one or the copy? I'm not sure why they ask for it as they can verify WP visa from the passport. I think I had to submit the original letter to the company who sponsored my WP and only have the copy now. Do you know if I submit the copy, will it be a problem

Congrats M2008!

I have a specific question -- the form asks about the salary per month.. did you just mention director's salary into this column or included dividends as well?

also, did you just provide 3 months payslips/bank statements ?

did the case worker ask for divi voucher, vat certificate or you provided by choice.?

thanks.

@salman7777

If you are applying under Tier 1 General category you need to provide 12 months salary slips (unless fewer months can cover your earning requirements) along with other proofs.

3 months salary slips/bank statements are required for Tier 2 applicants.

My question was related to SET(M) application.

Now looking at the form/guidelines, it asks for 3 months (minimum)

M2000.. I am still wondering about the salary question I asked earlier. As a company director, did you just put down your basic salary per month?

Yes, that was quick. One question with regards to that, do you get an option to tell them during your PEO appointment, if you'd like your BRP delivered to an alternative address (E.g. work) rather than your Home address? I don't see anywhere on the SET(O) form where you can do this.

I think no option, But you can request DX secure for office delivery
