Hi All -

If I entered the UK in March 2009 on a Tier 1(General), when would be the earliest date I can apply for ILR?

please note my entry clearance was issue in Feb 2009 and I entered a month after it was issued.

Cheers

If you entered in feb you can apply 28 days before the 5th anniversary of your EC as per the current rules. Also, going throu the FAQs as pointed by wpilr is a good starting point.

Can you please have a quick look at my earning table and let me know if I'm on the right track?

10/02/2009 - Tier 1: entry clearance
06/03/2009 - Entered UK
13/01/2014 - Going for ILR on
13 Oct 2012 to Mar 2013 - Claiming earnings from

26,500 - Total NET dividends withdrawn
29444 - Total GROSS dividend

Your help is much appreciated.

so you can claim from October 2012. but be careful with the dates.

I've been asked to repost on this thread.

My initial question has been answered - it sounds like I can apply in January.

I'm now concerned with the specific dates for claiming earnings, can you please have a quick look at my earning table and let me know if I'm on the right track?

10/02/2009 - Tier 1: entry clearance
06/03/2009 - Entered UK
13/01/2014 - Going for ILR on
13 Oct 2012 to Mar 2013 - Claiming earnings from

26,500 - Total NET dividends withdrawn
29444 - Total GROSS dividend

Can I claim for October as well or should the date start in November? I don't think I can meet the requisite points if it's only Nov, I might have to go for an extension first.
