Thank You. Very strange that CW did not ask you for the Employer's letter. How long did the whole process take? How would you rate Solihull PEO?

In my case , I could not get employer letter for my WP absence, as I do not work with that employer anymore.
It was the only worrying bit with my application.

For a WP,ILR applicant No Employer's Letter asked? I thought this was one of the CORE document, for CW,before making the decision.

I will give 5 stars to Solihull PEO.
I entered PEO at 9:00 AM and finished at 1:30 PM .
I will not worry about the time as far as it works.

No I think the CW are relaxing it if your current visa is Tier 1. The discretion is still being used as the rules are not crystal clear for the employer letter.

He was on tier 2 and not tier 1, so CW should have asked for the absence letter.

Does the CW use their discretion very often?/ Then it must be the Applicant's lucky day.
