Many Thanks to the immigrationboards for their kind help.

I have received my ILR (10 years Long residency) and then my wife received her Dependant Visa by using FLR(M). She has been living here since 2004 ( 4 years Student Dependant + 2 Years PSW Dependant + 3 years Tier1 Dependant + 1 month Dependant of ILR)

Now she would like to apply for ILR by using SET(M).

Will she need to wait another 2 years to apply for ILR or can she can apply straight away?

She will only send Life in the UK pass letter. Does she need to send English Test Result ( Is it a requirement ?)

How many months Bank Statements is mandatory? ( In the SET M form , they did not mention about any specific income threshold )

Kind Regards,
Mir Rahman

If you wanna apply SET M visa you have to live in (FLR M) category for 2 years.

I believe you have to wait 2 years. This is my opinion gurus might know it exactly.

Life in the UK test is enough if she has one.

you need your and your wife last 3 months bank statements payslips and any other income if you mention on form. all must be originals.
