Dear All,

I have applied for my ILR based on 10 year with set(LR) form on 22-04-2013.
I am on Tier1 general(valid upto Jan-2015) and my wife is on Tier1 dependent.

1) My question is when can I apply for my wife's visa and what kind of visa will it be?
2) Do I have to wait until I get my ILR for to apply for my wife's visa.

I would really Appreciate any help and suggestions.

she can wait until decision made on your application, then apply flr(m)

Can I apply for my Wife's FLR(M) now ,when my ILR application is under process ?

Not needed because your partner has got visa till 2015, but not sure if you want to do, let someone reply for this
