Can I get ILR without husbands support but with a British baby?

I arrived in the UK from Pakistan on a 27 month spouse visa (approximately 27 months ago). About 19 months after arriving in the UK I gave birth to our first child the UK who has a British passport.
Since the birth of our baby I have been back to Pakistan with the baby for a few weeks for a family visit.
Just very recently my relationship with my husband has taken a sharp downward turn involving domestic violence, the police were called on one occasion which resulted in me moving out and he was given a warning.

My 27 month spouse visa has expired by a few days and I have not yet applied to have my stay extended or for ILR. The reason that a timely application was not made to extend my visa or to apply foe ILR within the visa peiod was because my husabands non co-operation and for my husband not letting me have access to my passport and other documents etc.
With the help of the police I have now obtained posession of my and my baby's documents from my husband.
I am now in a position where I have separated from my non-co-operative husband with my baby, I have my documents but have overstayed my visa by a few days.
What options are available to me to get ILR ?
Thanking you in advance for a reply.[/b]
