hey
my tier 1 first visa was from 14.08.2008 and ended on 12.08.2011
my ext tier 1 visa was from 12.08.2011 to 12.08.2013.
therefore my visa is short by 2 days of 5years.
not sure why home office gave me visa 2 days short of 5 years !

will this cause an issue for continuos 5 years stay to be eligible for ILR.
I intend to apply for ILR in July.

Pls advise

thanks

The earliest you may submit an application for Indefinite Leave to Remain is up to 28 days before the completion of your 5th year.

If your 1st entry was within 3 months of getting visa then you can apply 28 days before of the ILR eligibility date.
