Hi All,

I have a question which is puzzling me, probably it's just a simple thing but wanna double check.

Tier 1 - Issued on 08 Aug 08
Valid till 01 Aug 11

Extension Valid till 01 Aug 13

Hence do i calculate 28 days from 01 Aug 13 or 08 Aug 13 (completion of 5 years based on initial Tier 1 issue date).

I have already booked ILR PEO appointment for 4th July but now confused.
Any advice appreciated.

You can apply from 28 days before you complete your 5 years period.

That's what i thought but for some reason while calculating i have used 28 days before visa expiry and got confused.

Hi dreamer645, can you confirm your date of entry please. Was it more than a month after VISA stamping date and less than 90 days?
