I am applying with my wife. She is on dependent. I am showing my wife's income in section 5.6 of SET(o) form but unable to receive the bank statement. I do not have any bank statement for her.

Questions:
1. No bank statement for her, will it create a problem?
2. Shall I remove her earmings from section 5.6 itself?

Hi Rahul,

I'm not sure why you filling up that section anyway?

I thought that section is for someone who do not meet the appropriate rate of pay because on maternity, paternity or adoption leave (Refer last sentence on Page 11), else you go to section 6 directly.

Hope this helps.

Thanks.

@Tier1toILR: Hi you are correct with the bottom most sentence on page. Section 5.6, 5.7 and 5.8 was not required.

And I admit, it was really a big miss by me and shame as I am above the required salary and all.

Thanks

Anyways my ILR is approved.

Imdabs: Were your statements accepted? because Barclays statements which you get from counter does not have home address on them and as per guideline the statements should have home address printed on them.

Can you please explain exactly what you asked to obtain duplicate statements? Did they give you any cover letter as well?
