Hi,
One of my friend did ILR from Solihull PEO last week. She was asked to pay the fees beforehand. She says there is a change in process. Earlier case worker would see your case and the will approve in principal whether you will get ILR or not and then you have to pay the fees.

Do you know if this is the case...I have a boundary case and was hoping to take a chance at Solihull without having to pay the fees.

It has changed in Solihul now. They take the fees first like the other PEOs.

I can confirm that you have pay your fees before the case worker even looks at your documents.
