Dependent ILR

Hi,

I got ILR last year, and I am planning to apply ILR for my wife now, kindly let me know do I need to show bank balance for my wifes ILR. I have a limited company and she is 50% partner, could you please let me know if she need to show any details of her salary and compnay accounts...? Thanks in advance.

Adequate maintenance, if you have savings that should suffice otherwise bank statements to show income coming in along with company accounts and or wage slips if applicable. The last 3 months should be covered.

My statement of earnings for last 6 months from accountant.
My saving bank statement for last 6 months.


She is 50% share holder in our limited company, do I need to show her earning also ?.

Ideally, for every 4 months of the last 2 years provide one joint letter or a letter each from a total of at least 3 different sources.

Thanks, My wife is equal partner in my company, for set(m) do I need to show her earning also or is it enough to show only my payslips...?

Why SET(M)? If she is a PBS dep then it's SET(O).

I already got ILR last year, she had to wait for 2 years to apply for her ILR, I think the application forms is set (m), correct me if I am wrong.

The above is correct, unless you were granted ILR under Long residence.

However, if she's a FLR(M) or a spouse visa holder, then she may apply for SET(M).

So, what is her current category/status and the basis for your ILR?

Hi,

Last year I got ILR on 5 years HSMP + Tier1 basis, My wife is on PBS dependent visa now, she is qualified for ILR as she completed 2 years stay in UK, she came to UK in Feb 2011. Could you please let me know if she need to submit her earning...?

I have same case but have enough time to think 7-8month,,,,,,,plz update me if you got earning info,,,,,jhelumcollege@yahoo.com

all I know is,,,form Set O is the right for her,,,,and apparently it look not suitable form as it ask different main applicant queries
