I am on ILR.

Planning to apply for my spouse and sone now. Following are the 'outside UK Stay' details of my spouse and son. They came to the UK in July 2008.

Start Date End Date No Of Days
30/08/2009 06/02/2010 160

25/05/2013 09/06/2013 16

Are they eligible to apply for ILR?

If they are in the UK as your dependants prior to 9 July 2012 and have been living with you for at least two years, then they are probably eligible for ILR.

Applicant Type for my spouse: Main Applicant (NOT Dependant)

Hi,

Please can someone let me know what all are the documents accepted as Proof of cohabitation?

Do they accept the previous communication from UKBA as a proof (Tier2 extension approval)?

Can I use a letter from the landlord/estate agent as a proof?
